Happy Holidays!

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the barn;
The horses were snoozin as were the rest on the farm.

The bridles and saddles hung in the tack room with care;
boots and the trophies polished to a glare.

The pony in the corner stall nickered
as she saw me pass through,
"Surely she has a treat for me and my barn mates too?"

As I opened the feed room the rest of the herd a'woke with a
clatter, the mash I was making was beginning to splatter!

I with my wheelbarrow became elbow deep as I mixed
carrots and oats and apples - yum, yum - deelish!

"Here Silence and Linus and Sassy and Schmoo--
A warm Christmas Eve treat for all that you do."

As I walked down the barn aisle I whispered
to all of my steeds:
"Merry Christmas to all and to all sleep tight".
